Maria José, a third grade student, is benefited by the good hearts of the sector, since her mother suffers from a cognitive disability that makes third parties support her in her educational process, one of those people is the librarian of the district who, through a WI-FI point along with an electronic device, provides connectivity resources so that she can live a basic education, and manage to fulfill her academic duties at the Ángel Antonio Arciniegas educational institution in the Juntas district.
